With over 10,000 colleagues, we deliver a diverse portfolio of local, regional and national services, including specialist provision in areas such as perinatal care, eating disorders, forensic services, sexual health and healthcare in justice settings. At MPFT, we are United in our Uniqueness. We are committed to building an inclusive Board that brings a wide range of perspectives, experiences and constructive challenge. Every voice strengthens our decision making and the impact we make for the people and communities we serve.
As we continue to develop and evolve as an organisation, we are now seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to join our established and high-performing Board. We are particularly interested in applications from individuals with a strong clinical background, including those who are clinically qualified or who have held senior clinical leadership roles within large, complex and highly regulated environments.
