Main duties of the job
To provide efficient,proactiveand confidential administrative support to the People Business Service teams.
The post holder willassistin the coordination of DMI Training,maintainaccurateadministrative and information systems, and provide diary and meeting management support to the Associate Director of Peopleand to Heads of Service where needed.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of team activities and the successful delivery of People Business Services across the organisation.
