We are excited to offer this exciting new role for an enthusiastic and skilled Administrator to join our Adult Mental Health Service based at St Georges Hospital in Stafford.
This role is specifically to support our Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) & Autism Service working closely with our small team of dedicated professionals as we seek to support adults across South Staffordshire experiencing ADHD and Autism. We are a supportive team, who are passionate about delivering excellent care as well as promoting staff wellbeing.
You will need to clearly demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and have an ability to work autonomously, compassionately and be committed to holding service users at the heart of your work.

Hours are 9am-5pm with some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
As service Administrator you will be expected to:
Input and extract data from clinical and non-clinical systems.
Providing first point of contact for matters relating to service user and referrer queries,
Organising team appointments and commitments
Producing clinical correspondence and recording minutes.
