An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our progressive and forward-thinking Pharmacy Department as the Education, Research & Innovation Lead Pharmacist.

We are a multi-award-winning team that has a strong focus on supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and dynamic individual to lead and shape the Education and Training department within pharmacy here at the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will also work alongside the Department Head of Pharmacy Digital Improvement & Innovation to deliver new ways of working using digital and informatics

technologies to transform patient care.

A key focus of the role will be supporting the department to achieve its full potential in embracing a research driven culture working in collaboration with a range of stakeholders to innovate and deliver patient-cantered care.
