We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the delivery of the Family First Partnership Programme (FFP) to represent health, system wide in Staffordshire. The Family First Partnership Programme is a flagship initiative designed to transform the whole system of help, support and protection for children and families, ensuring timely access to the right support and driving innovation across services.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the health element of a high-profile programme that will shape the future of services for children and families across Staffordshire. You'll work at the heart of a multi-agency partnership, championing change and delivering real, measurable improvements in outcomes. We are looking for a change leader with experience in service transformation, workforce development, and embedding new ways of working.

Main duties of the job

- Coordinate and deliver operational transformation project using quality improvement methodology, ensuring project plans, progress reports and evaluations are all in place. Undertaking all work required to ensure successful delivery and completion of the operational requirements of project as required.- To work closely with the senior management team and identified leads in each function across the care group in supporting the effective development of Families First Partnership Programme and structuring progress delivery.- To act as the single point of contact to ensure regular updates, evidence of best practice or changes applicable to Families First Partnership Programme are communicated across care group and the local authority.- To build strong and productive professional networks across the local authorities, integrated care partnership and local community in the region.- To build effective working alliances with external stakeholders and partners to support the overall strategic objectives, attending stakeholder meetings, conferences or focus groups to enhance this and ensure that Families First Partnership Programme is implemented as required. - To produce reports in relation to Families First Partnership Programme for Board.   • Educated to degree level or equivalent level in relevant area or equivalent status

Desirable

  • Post Graduate qualification or willingness to undertake further study to Masters level or equivalent

Experience

Essential

  • Significant experience of working in a management role in acute and/or community setting

Desirable

  • In depth knowledge of the Families First Partnership Programme and key learning from pathfinder sites

Skills, Knowledge & abilities

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of personal IT competency. The ability to accurately update and maintain records in a timely fashion and to work to deadlines

Desirable

  • The ability to enable influence and manage service level agreements with teams so that the desired outcomes and benefits are realised.
