The 0-19 Stoke Specialists team is recruiting a Clinical Quality Practitioner (CQP) Specialist to join their team. The primary aim of the 0-19 Service is to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children, young people and families across Staffordshire and/or Stoke-on-Trent
In the role you willsupport in the delivery of projects within the 0-19 services. You will be actively involved in clinical audits and supporting the head of function/professional lead/service managers/team leaders and team members.
You will beresponsible for delivering of re-designed front line services in linewith the Transformation Programme and implementing associate policies and procedures.
Youwillsupport the service model, education, training and competency frameworks with the emphasis on facilitating clinical practice and ensuring an evidence based high quality service is delivered.
Main duties of the job
- You will support the Team Leader/Professional Lead to develop packages of education in the workplace in an environment consistent with the philosophy of adult and lifelong learning. There will be close working relationships with local educational establishments and the Education and Training Dept.
- The primary aim of the service is to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children, young people and families across Staffordshire and Stoke On Trent, as a CQP you will be required to provide support updating policies and service delivery alongside service manager/professional lead.
- The CQP will take the lead on projects within the 0-19 Health Visiting and School Nursing Services working across the 0-19 service offer.
- The CQP will actively engage with parenting forums to co-produce and develop existing services.
