Under the guidance of the Programme Director, the applicant is responsible for developing and delivering a programme of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) CBT training, managing other staff involved in course delivery, delivering teaching and supervision, and marking for the PG Dip CBT at Keele University and/or University of Staffordshire
Main duties of the job
1. Under the guidance of the Programme Director, develop and deliver programmes of CBT training and service delivery, and take responsibility for teaching, supervision and marking of assignments in collaboration with the Keele University course team.
2. Work with and supervise qualified CBT therapists and trainees in the treatment of service users who have a range of mild to moderate anxiety and depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective, in accordance with NICE guidance.
3. Demonstrate commitment to equal opportunities and work with service users and carers representing all the protected characteristics of the Equalities Act 2010, facilitating access to the service and making reasonable adjustments where required.
4. Teach CBT on the Postgraduate Diploma in CBT Training Course, delivered in partnership with MPFT, Keele University and the University of Staffordshire.

- Liaise with other CBT trainers regionally and nationally and take a lead role in arranging and providing appropriate supervised clinical work for CBT trainees.
