Job summary

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HCPC Registered Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Respiratory Physiotherapy Team based in Stafford, South Staffordshire.

This is a new vacancy with the possibility of being part of a 6 monthly rotational post covering a wide range of specialties. This may include - Musculoskeletal & Rheumatology OP, Neurological Rehabilitation - inpatients & community, pulmonary rehabilitation, D2A inpatients and general domiciliary visits.

Youwillprovide physiotherapyassessments and treatments across a variety of clinical settings, for example, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Community Hospitals and Community Home Visits.

You will work as part of a uni/multi-disciplinary team/agencies to provide services for a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for

  • Ability to assess and have an awareness of a variety of Respiratory and MSK, Neurological conditions.
  • Ability to support patients with rehabilitation and self-management/ strategies
  • Ability to manage time and caseload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
