Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator, to work in the Staffordshire Planned Care Teams, supporting the East Staffordshire Heart Failure team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to support our Heart failure service covering the Burton and Uttoxeter areas.

You must have proven knowledge of Administration procedures and excellent communication skills.

Whilst this role will be specific to the East Staffordshire Heart Failure service, the team works closely alongside the Heart Failure Services across the wider Staffordshire patch as well as locally with other services and professional groups within East Staffordshire. This role will be key in supporting the Heart Failure service in providing a joined up patient journey.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a comprehensive full range of duties to the service. The post holder will coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

The post holder will be aligned to the Heart Failure service and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service. providing cover to other teams as directed by the optional lead for community services to ensure continuity of a quality service.
