Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual to join our team. This important role will manage a range of complex projects working with internal and external partners (such as the delivery of SSHERPA programmes of work). You will be responsible for the development, delivery, monitoring and reporting of projects to internal, regional and national stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
You will manage the day to day running of the key research and innovation projects, as well as using your initiative to look for opportunities to develop new and exciting programmes of work that align to the strategic vision of the Trust.
You will support with other linked projects, using your project management skills to provide advice, information and support where required.
You will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a range of complex projects to time and target, ensuring reporting to funders in an appropriate and timely way. You will use your risk management skills to assess and report project risks ensuring actions are taken to mitigate and minimise risk and to ensure delivery of high quality research and innovation projects against key milestones.
You will utilise your strong writing skills to support the research and innovation senior management team in the development of new programmes of work, seeking sources of funding as appropriate to develop research projects and programmes and to support the ongoing development of the Trust's research capacity and capability. You will support the development and delivery of key strategies to support the implementation of evidence into practice, ensuring that our research and innovation drives best care for our populations.
