Main duties of the job

  • To provide support, and spend therapeutic time with service users with mental health needs.
  • To support with service users personal care needs and therapeutic observations
  • To promote service user's recovery through the delivery of high quality, outcome measured care and evidence based interventions.
  • To assist Registered Professionals in the implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans

  • Identify, minimise and report risks of danger, harm and abuse to senior colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times for the protection of self and others.
