We are looking for a compassionate leader to supervise our administrative team. You will need to have great skills in prioritising, scheduling and planning, like to work as part of a team and care about providing excellent customer service. The work we do is varied and can be fast paced at times but it is also rewarding and appreciated.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for the line management of staff within the Medical Staffing Team
- Co-ordinate the allocation and re-allocation of workload within the Team
- To oversee the provision of appropriate and cost-effective locum cover for medical staff
-Co-ordinate the team to ensure that all roles within the Junior Doctor Rotational Project Plan are met within the respective deadlines.
- To support the development of complex on-call rotas across the Trust for medical workforce
- To oversee the timely completion and submission of payroll data
