Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 6 Assistant Navigators in our new Personalisation and Social Inclusion Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Staffordshire. These are new posts within a new team and you will play a key role in developing and delivering this service. Funding is currently secured for 12 months and we believe that with your help we can build a successful team and secure funding going forward
These posts are offered at Band 3 on Agenda for Change terms and conditions, working hours are negotiable
Due to this role being part of a pilot with only 12 months funding we would discourage overseas applicants, we would however encourage you to look at our other vacancies within MPFT.

On appointment, the post holder will be auto-enrolled in the SWLA and aligned to the appropriate British Association of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework. The relevant SWLA stage (i.e. stage 1 (ASYE), 2 (Social Worker) or 3 (Advanced Social Worker) will also be agreed taking all prior Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and relevant experience into consideration.
