Job summary

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about supporting clinical services to drive forward improvements in care by utilising their technical project management and leadership skills.

The work within the Care Group is fast paced and driven by innovation. In order to do this the post holder must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude and the ability to drive our projects in a way that puts the patients first but brings all along in a united manner.

It is essential that the post holder does have the ability to travel. Whilst these are full time posts, flexible working patterns and part time hours would be considered.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to establish lasting relationships with key personnel within the Care Group and then lead and support the delivery of the agreed projects and initiatives.

The post holder will embody a positive change attitude and approach the delivery of service improvements with both creativity and innovation.

The post holder will support the Care Group in delivering changes that benefit service users and staff.
