Job summary

The Families Health and Wellbeing 0-19 team deliver the Healthy child programme within the Tamworth district. You will be working with a skill mixed of colleagues within the Universal team, to meet the health needs of children and families within our locality. You will work predominantly with the 0-5 age range, in a variety of community settings to include health centres, children's centres and family homes. There will be further opportunities to complete the transfer of fields course in the future, to allow you to work across the 0-19 age range.

Main duties of the job
