Job summary

If you are patient, friendly, approachable and enjoy working with people then join us as a volunteer in our excellent in-patient community services at the Haywood Hospital. It is a chance to make a real difference in your local community. This is an ideal opportunity to enhance our patient experience and pathways, have fun and support vulnerable people when they need us most.

Main duties of the job

You will be making a difference to our patients' stay in hospital by sitting with them in conversation, supporting them in daily activities and finding out their likes and dislikes.

By giving up a few hours of your day, you will be making a real difference to our patients' lives
