Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is actively seeking a Consultant Geriatrician and two Specialist Doctors to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement and delivery of excellent care to our local population. Main duties of the job
You will be a figurehead of the services based at Haywood Hospital and will provide input across the Home Based (Community) Rehabilitation and Assessment Service. The role will provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to the established team of SAS doctors, ANP's and ACP's in delivering effective Rehabilitation and Assessment Services. These are provided in a range of settings including Home, Community Hospital Beds and specifically commissioned Care Home beds.
