Main duties of the job

  • Responsible for the creation & submission of all national funded submissions for MPFT Digital.

  • Responsible for creation & submission of all local & national award submissions for MPFT Digital.

  • Oversee & provide updates for long term project closure benefits which have transitioned into BAU across MPFT Digital.

  • To manage customer service excellence. Ensuring service signposting and transfers and timely escalation triage and responses are being undertaken. Ensure all customer requests are responded to in a timely fashion, customers are kept up to date with progress and problems and requests are monitored through to completion.
  • Ensuring MPFT Digital projects are successfully transitioned into business as usual from the internal projects team and third-party suppliers with assurance of suitable supplier support, training, and communications in place.

  • To manage the development of new supplier agreements, for example, contracts, compliance, monthly service review meetings, performance and adoption/utilisation reports and meeting minutes.

  • Oversee alignment of MPFT Digital to other key strategic areas at national, local or Trust level.

  • The post holder will be responsible for supporting the expansion and development of essential Digital Health innovation that improve patient care, by driving forward our exciting and aspirational approach to bid and tender development

  • Evidence of continuous professional development and acquisition of new skills and knowledge

  • Experience of taking ownership of areas of work and engaging with other team members to ensure work is completed on time
  • Experience of leading, preparing and delivering tenders
