substantive position- 37.5hrs
The
Womens CSU currently has a number of exciting new posts available in our
antenatal outpatient team across St James Hospital and Leeds General
Infirmary. Duties range from reception, helping patients with general
enquiries and clinic notes preparation. We are keen to recruit reliable and
self-motivated individuals who will be able to support our service in
delivering outstanding patient care for women.
Main duties of the job
Applicants
should be capable with good IT knowledge and strong communication skills to
become part of our antenatal outpatient team. An ability to learn quickly,
work well in a team and a flexible approach are essential. Previous
experience of working in a hospital environment or busy customer focused
department would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be
provided.

information, processing appropriately, within departmental guidelines,

Desirable
- NVQ2 in Customer Care or equivalent

- Able to locate and collect patient and other documentation from around Trust sites.
- Able to use departmental equipment to file and retrieve documentation.
- Able to work in a patient-facing environment.
Experience

- IT Skills/computer literate
- Previous experience working in an admin/ customer facing role
Desirable
- Experience using our systems including PAS, K2, PPM+, Microsoft outlook
- Previous admin experience in a healthcare setting

- Participate in annual performance appraisal with commitment to agreed PDP (personal development plan)
