Job summary
Ward
J19 is currently a 30 bedded assessment area, accommodating a combination of
female and male patients. The post
holder will be responsible for leading the ward staff and working closely in
collaboration with the MDT across Specialty Integrated Medicine.
J19
provides a great standard of quality care for all our patients and we are
looking for a highly skilled nurse to continue the fantastic work that J19
has already achieved in caring for our older population in Leeds. We are
looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic individual with the capability to
empower a team whilst remaining patient centered.
Applicants
will be expected to practice effectively & deliver excellent care in a
timely manner to our patient group.
A
commitment to personal professional development is essential with the promise

Candidates
are required to have significant experience at Band 5 level and have
substantial acute nursing background with experience in caring for patients
in an acute setting.
