Leeds General Infirmary.
This

institute and 2x 0.5 Clinical Tutor roles.
Interested
individuals will look forward to the challenges that a position will bring
working at a busy, main site X-ray department. The X-ray team at LGI has over
70 of these Radiographers. Applicants should be caring, loyal and dedicated
radiographers who will enhance the radiography team by instilling and
supporting the Trust's Leeds Way Values. We would like to attract

Main duties of the job
Candidates
should be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise, have
excellent communication skills, initiative and the ability to work as part of
a multidisciplinary team. Candidates will be required to coordinate the
department, manage the departments workload and make informed departmental
decisions. Successful candidates will need to liaise with multi-disciplinary
teams requiring X-ray services to determine staff allocation and prioritise
workload. As a teaching hospital a large part of the specialist
radiographer's role is clinical supervision and specialist clinical training
of radiographer's, undergraduate students and apprentices. The successful
candidates will be integrated into the departmental 24/7 shift pattern. There
is a commitment to out of hours and weekend working

are building two state-of-the-art new hospitals and Leeds Radiology will be
