We have full-time posts that will be based in the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Ward (J06) Caring for younger adults with Cystic Fibrosis, L18 Cardiology Ward and L20 CCU cardiology ward.
This role requires a compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on providing high quality care.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care in support of the multidisciplinary team, helping manage complex respiratory conditions.
Undertake delegated clinical duties such as cannulation, venepuncture and ECG's under supervision.
Lead in providing exemplary personalised patient centred care.
On J09 Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Support Workers and Apprentices, ensuring the smooth running of the ward.
Build close professional relationships with patients to support their physical and psychological recovery.
Maintain a safe, effective care environment that promotes patient well-being and aligns with Trust policies and statutory requirements.
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, taking initiative to achieve the best patient outcomes.
