busy Neurosurgery and Spinal Theatre team at Leeds General Infirmary. We are
looking for applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills,

Neurosurgery and Spinal surgery while gaining experience across all aspects
of theatre practice.Based
within Jubilee Theatres, we provide both elective and acute surgery across:
3 elective theatres
1 acute theatre operating 24/7We
also support the Neuro Interventional Radiology service for both elective and
acute cases.Our
patient group is primarily adults, with the addition of a paediatric spinal
service.We
are a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering
exceptional patient care in line with The Leeds Way values.What

Main duties of the job
For all new starters to the Trust, we have a
structured Introduction to Professional Practice (IPP) Induction program to
prepare you for working at LTHT. We also have a 6-month preceptorship framework
to support you in your new role, which incorporates further education sessions
and support forums. The role involves providing 24/7 service cover and will
require a flexible approach to working patterns
