Medicine Management and Pharmacy Services are seeking to recruit a permanent, highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Business Manager to act as our CSU Staff Engagement Lead.

In this role, you will share line management responsibility for our Business Support Team alongside another Assistant Business Manager. You will be responsible for driving our commitment to ensure that staff have meaningful opportunities to be heard and that we demonstrate how weve acted on their feedback.

Main duties of the job

You will be committed to enhancing the performance and productivity of the Business Support Team, using your own insight and initiative to drive improvements.

In addition, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the national NHS Staff Survey and quarterly pulse surveys, from planning and communication through to data analysis and sharing results with the wider CSU. This includes supporting local managers to understand and act on their feedback.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders including the MMPS Senior Leadership Team, HR, Organisational Development, Equalities Team, Staff Networks, and Freedom to Speak Up Guardians to coordinate staff engagement activities and priorities.

The post holder will also provide regular support to the Business Support Manager, Business Manager and General Management Team, helping to coordinate the wider business activities of our CSU.
