We are looking for an passionate and motivated Pharmacist to lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals, alongside the pharmacy services to our unplanned care - adult medicine specialities at SJUH, including care of the older person, speciality and integrated medicines/urgent care, diabetes & endocrinology, respiratory medicine, cystic fibrosis, infectious diseases.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services to our adult medicine specialities within unplanned care at SJUH, including our A&E departments at LGI and SJUH. You will lead and line manage a team of clinical pharmacists that are responsible for clinical pharmacy across a range of specialities (SDEC same day emergency care, A&E, diabetes, endocrinology, respiratory medicine, cystic fibrosis, infectious disease, care of the older person, acute medicine)
You will developing strategic plans and staffing requirements for pharmacy services to these areas.
You will develop and manage the delivery of pharmacy services to ensure efficient use of resources and systems including monitoring drug expenditure and delivery of financial savings. You will be responsible for the provision of information to CSU's regarding clinical and financial governance, and issues around service delivery and future developments.
