Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medicines Management and Pharmacy Service Team at LTHT to provide secretarial and administrative support to day to day running of the Pharmacy Aseptic manufacturing service and the implementation of a new Pharmacy Aseptic Unit on behalf of the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT).
You will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external colleagues from various departments, and external organisations.
Applicants should have experience of working in a busy office environment. The ideal applicant should have experience of administrative processes and secretarial skills, be organised with an excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise their own workload. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team.
We are looking for a motivated individual as the post is both challenging and rewarding and would be suited to an individual who is able to respond quickly to changing and challenging situations.
The role will be a full time, permanent position, although part time hours may be considered.
The role will be based at Moor House, Moor Road, LS10 2JQ

Main duties of the job
Main duties of the role will include:
Provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the Production and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Senior Management Team.
Provide administrative support to the WYAAT Pharmacy Aseptic Collaborative Project Team
Provide administrative support to the Workforce Education and Training team.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings.
Room bookings
Support with HR and recruitment tasks and processes.
Create graphs from data collection.
Filing and archiving.
Liaise and coordinate with the Medicines Management Pharmacy Services Business and Administration support team
Undertake other ad hoc clerical or administrative duties as required
