are looking for a motivated individual with an appetite to develop their skills
in this exciting role.
The post is both challenging and rewarding and most
suited to an individual who is able to prioritise their workload and respond
quickly to changing situations.
Main duties of the job
In
collaboration with the Health Records Managers your role will support the team
by providing effective day to day management of areas within Health Records.
You
will play a key role in transforming the health records service from a
paper-based service towards a comprehensive electronic health records (EHR)
service.
You
will work as part of our multi-professional workforce providing supervision and
develop departmental clerical staff daily as and when required. Monitor and
record all annual leave and sickness, attending monthly meetings as and when
required.
Supporting the Department
with digital transformation, ensuring that professional standards, operational
effectiveness, and all legal requirements are considered and met.
