Reporting to the Voice Services Senior Engineer your role will focus on ensuring telephony systems are maintained and supported to Trust standards

Main duties of the job
You will take responsibility for ensuring day to day requests for faults and changes are attended to. Moves and changes are a daily occurrence in the Trust. As staff relocate, appropriate sockets need to be made live. This must be promptly attended to ensure no loss of service. Frequency of requests varies from two per day to thirty. This requires a logical practical approach.
The post holder will be required to operate independently and unsupervised within a framework of standards applied to the provision of Information Services throughout the Trust.
