Reporting to the Steve Thomas your role will be supporting operational IT services and CSU clinical teams with delivery of operational services, project implementation and supplier relationships.

Main duties of the job
The IT Service Manager supports several CSUs as the IT business partner providing, IT advice, Incident Management, Problem Management, Risk Management, Procurement Support, Project Support and Supplier Management.
You will take responsible for 3 x CSUs (Pathology, Womens and Childrens).
You will be part of a high functioning team providing Service Operations (ITIL) to the Trust.
You will work autonomously with your customers, users, other DIT teams, DIT service managers and supplier to maintain IT services and improve existing services.
