Job summary
The
purpose of this role is to prioritise the development and improvements of the
Trusts System/Product. Responsible for realising the maximum value of the
asset, formulating strategies, product roadmaps, managing the development
backlog and defining the shared future vision and goals whilst ensuring the
needs of the end users and Trust are being met and the product aligns with
business goals, mission and objectives.
Working
collaboratively across the Trust with colleagues, internal partners, other
NHS Organisations and supplier to fulfil those requirements. Ensuring project
teams understand the vision and works toward achieving it, helping project
members to focus on the common objective, irrespective of their role and
regularly sharing progress with all stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
In
your role you will:
Be
responsible for supporting the Product Owner with the strategic management
and life cycle of the Trusts Systems, working collaboratively to realise the
maximum value of the assets.
Work
in partnership with all stakeholders and suppliers to support the
development, implementation, and delivery of the product roadmap and vision.
Establish
and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, understanding requirements
and managing expectations.
Make
a significant difference to the operational capability for clinical and
non-clinical users providing patient care.
Work
within a professional, dedicated, and passionate team who are dedicated to
improving IT services for users at LTHT.
Work
collaboratively with technical teams to innovate and transform the service
delivery function at LTHT.
