Job summary

Are you ready to use your IM&T Technician skills in a way that makes a positive impact on peoples lives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of our End User Compute team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Your role will be within our EUC Operations Team, based at either the Leeds General Infirmary or St. Jamess University Hospital, reporting to the respective EUC Ops Team Leader.

Main duties of the job

This position is part of a team providing day-to-day technical IT support for staff within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

The successful candidate must demonstrate an excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office backed up by at least three years experience within an IT support environment including a service desk.

Although this post operates a flexi hour system there will be a requirement to cover the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, within the departmental rota.Travel to different sites within the Trust may be required as part of the post holders duties.

  • Previous experience working in a computer Helpdesk/call logging environment
