Job summary
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your role will assist with the planning and management of projects for the PPM+ EHR system, manage junior staff responsible for developing training materials, and engaging with both the clinical/non-clinical teams to support the development and deployment of digital working.

Main duties of the job
Carry out feasibility studies and analyse and define complex user business and clinical requirements for IM&T projects
Raise awareness of the change programme, engaging staff at all levels.
Work with a variety of staff groups to analyse and re-design their processes in accordance with new procedures and computer systems.
Develop & implement processes to assess the impact of change and analyse benefits realised
Provide central project support and documentation in accordance with Trust standards.
Ensure projects are delivered to quality standards and have proven measurable benefits
Manage project risks and issues, liaising with all staff groups to effect their resolution
Provide Quality Assurance at all stages
Contribute to specialist training programme development & implementation.
