Job summary
An
exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Technology Enhanced
Learning (TEL) Officer to work as part of the Organisational Development and
Culture (OD&C) Team, to support the development of eLearning packages,
digital content within the Trust on a full-time permanent contract.
The
post will be integral to the OD&C team where you will be responsible for
collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high quality
eLearning packages, videos, and other forms of TEL intervention.
We

Main duties of the job
The post holder will play a key role in liaising
with SMEs to support, co-ordinate, manage the production of digital content and
development using agile methodology to support learning within the Trust.

Job responsibilities
Working

will also be involved in the evaluation and on-going development of these
programmes.
The

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to level 4 qualification (e.g. NVQ level 4 or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths and English / or qualification at Level 2
Desirable
- IT or digital media related qualification or equivalent professional knowledge
- Project Management qualification or course attendance
- Evidence of working across different sectors.
Experience
Essential
- Experience in Learning Management System admin and support or similar.
- Experience of image and video editing software.
- Experience of e-Learning authoring and using HTML5 compatible software.
- Experience of use of other eLearning development software, cloud or locally based.
Desirable
- Understanding of Electronic Staff Records (ESR) and other technical systems
- Technical expertise in the use of MS Excel.
- Previous experience in the NHS in a Workforce Information, HR or Education technical systems management or maintenance role
