Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Support Team Leader to join our combined HR Admin Team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This Band 4 role is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small but impactful team that supports the Trusts Terms & Conditions and HR Operations functions. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services, supporting staff, and helping to shape a responsive and supportive HR environment.

Main duties of the job

As HR Support Team Leader, you will manage a small team of administrative staff, ensuring effective coordination of work and delivery of a high-quality support service. You will lead on planning and maintaining office systems, provide guidance on HR processes, and support the team in responding to queries from staff across the Trust. Your leadership will help ensure that employees receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support, making a real difference in their experience with HR services.
