This is a potential development role into a contracting position with the NHS. And don't worry, NHS/Procurement experience is not essential
Main duties of the job
This role will be split across teams and will provide administration support in the form of procurement system use. This will include uploading and downloading documents, collating questions, sharing with relevant people and sending responses, proof reading communications and ensuring deadlines are kept to.
The role will support circa twenty Procurement and E&F colleagues across two closely located St Jamess Hospital sites and will include an element of hybrid working pattern.
The main focus of this role will be the administrative upkeep of the tendering system, Atamis, used by all teams being supported. Full training will be provided and the role is based within teams using the system daily for peer support at all times.
