Job summary

An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Patient Services Coordinator to join the Operations Centre team.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the transfer of care throughout LTHT which includes patient flow and timely patient discharge.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), based across St Jamess Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and organised individual to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop or broaden their knowledge in data handling, discharge processes, and operational flow.

Main duties of the job

The role involves liaising with city partners and other organisations. Key responsibilities include:

Daily reporting.

Supporting Clinical Site Managers.

Collaborating with the Discharge and Patient Flow teams.

Your contribution will be instrumental in helping to deliver timely and efficient patient flow and discharge processes Trust-wide.
