Job summary
The Admin Coordinator role at Leeds Cancer Support is an exciting opportunity to join a compassionate team providing vital information and signposting for people affected by cancer. Working alongside clinical teams, you will offer empathy and support during difficult times.
This is a 22.5-hour per week position, with two fixed days: Monday and Friday. Additional days are flexible and can be negotiated.

Main duties of the job
Join our team supporting people affected by cancer. You will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming, compassionate service. You will manage administration tasks including appointment coordination, letters, and diary management, liaising with clinical teams. Facilitate virtual and face-to-face appointments, and handle information queries via drop-in, phone, and email, signposting to services. You will manage Leeds Cancer Supports social media, creating content to raise awareness. Support volunteers and assist wider cancer teams. Strong Microsoft Office skills and flexibility for cross-site work are essential
