Main duties of the job

Ordinarily, the CSU is self-contained and has few requirements for the post-holder to engage with partners outside of the organisation. There would be a requirement,

as with all senior posts, to develop relationships with service users and this may require some engagement outside of the Trust.

Services provided within the CSU have a significant regional role in providing healthcare and this is represented in the seniority of the Head of Nursing post-holder.
