An exciting opportunity has arisen at chapel Allerton Hospital, C5 Day Case Unit.
We are looking for a forward thinking motivated & enthusiastic Scheduler to join our team.
C5 is a Dermatology/Rheumatology & IBD specialities the department provides predominantly Intravenous Infusions for our patients. Within our department we treat approximately 250 patients each week. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual to join our team on a permanent basis. The varied workload requires a flexible approach to work and the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining a professional attitude and high standards of customer care.
As well as providing a comprehensive service across the full spectrum of Dermatological, Rheumatic & IBD. The department is one of the largest rheumatology training centres in the world and provides a central hub for clinical Rheumatology research in Yorkshire with links to Leeds University
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a full and effective administrative and clerical support service to the C5 DCU. He/she will also be responsible for inputting data onto the departmental database system and producing reports as required. The post holder will be expected to arrange and plan her/his own work on a day-to-day basis within the overall demands and priorities of the department.
