Paediatric Dermatology, and Allergy services.

Main duties of the job
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a
Dermatology workforce plan, using data, clinical input, and strategic
analysis to create a model that meets future service demands.
Collaborate across professions and
services, working with clinical leaders, HR, education leads, and Trust
stakeholders to shape innovative, people-focused workforce solutions.
Use insight and evidence to support
scenario planning, skill mix reviews, and workforce modelling aligned with
national and local priorities.
Contribute to strategic thinking
and future service design, ensuring the plan supports our goal of delivering
high-quality, patient-centred care in a sustainable way.

programme of interdependent projects across the Services to ensure development
of financially affordable solutions to capacity and quality constraints in
Chapel Allerton CSU and the integration of services in the community. This will
enable the development, delivery and maintenance of all access targets, cancer
capacity and cancelled operations target, activity plan and maximising data
capture and coding efficiencies. Working in partnership with clinical staff, commissioners,
managers and users, the post holder will lead the redesign of services and
business processes, and be responsible for facilitating the involvement of all
stakeholders to ensure timescales are met and service benefits realised.
