services such as, Mohs micrographic surgery, minor skin surgery, laser
treatment, melanoma management, amongst many others and the surgical NP team is
often the first and ongoing point of contact for many of our skin cancer
patients. Our small team currently undertakes much of the initial assessment

referrals is driving the need to enlarge our team to better and more efficiently
manage this workload.
