An
exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Hepatology AMS
We
are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and reliable secretary to join our
secretarial team to support the clinical teams from a secretarial and
administration perspective
This
post is working Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week between the hours of
08:00 - 16:00, (can be flexible)
Main duties of the job
We
provide a high-quality service which is integral to the success of the
service, and we are looking for someone who feels they can enhance the
admin/secretarial provision already being provided.
You
will be an experienced team player who has the skill, knowledge, and the
right attitude able to assist in the delivery of a high quality, accurate and
timely support service. You will be self-motivated and able to work
effectively.
You
will have the following skill and experience, minute taking experience,
excellent word processing skills, the ability to work as part of a wider
team, proficient user of the Microsoft package and the ability to accept
instruction from ABM. Previous experience in a similar post will be
beneficial.

are based in the Merville Building at St James Hospital, You'll find yourself working with a variety
of highly motivated, supportive, and experienced colleagues.
The
post holder may be required to cover for colleagues during absence and work.

- Audio typing RSA stages II word processing or similar..
- Computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and web browsers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
- Professional telephone manner.
- General education to O/CSE/GCSE pass standard in English and Math.

- Secretarial experience.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
