The Pharmacy Department at Gateshead Health is progressive, continually transforming to deliver innovative services and ensure patients get optimal care and outcomes from their medicines.This post would be ideal for an ambitious and highly skilled Pharmacist to develop their career in cancer services within the trust.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist, with a keen interest in cancer services to work with the Lead Pharmacist (Oncology & Aseptic Services) and the wider oncology team. You will be responsible for delivering, managing and developing high quality specialist pharmacy services, including pharmacist independent prescribing, to cancer patients and deputising for the Accountable Pharmacist in the aseptic preparation unit.
