Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated RPA Analyst to join our Digital Services Automation Team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration, support, and development of our Blue Prism RPA platform, helping to deliver efficient automation solutions that improve clinical and administrative workflows across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include system maintenance, user support, and automation testing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in RPA and contribute to the Trust's digital transformation journey.

Main duties of the job

Manage and maintain the Blue Prism RPA platform to ensure smooth daily operations

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for live automation processes

Assist with testing, deploying, and monitoring new and existing automated workflows.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities

Perform routine system maintenance, including Windows patching related to automation infrastructure

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

Support governance, compliance, and security standards related to RPA operations

Document processes, system configurations, and user guides to maintain knowledge base

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation capabilities and efficiency
