Job summary
Reporting to the Service Line Manager the post holder will work closely with the clinical teams to manage day to day operational issues across a range of specialities and working with external parties to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. This will also include management of budgets, leading and delivering on agreed performance objectives, business planning, strategy, and continuous improvement of patient care pathways.
Please note this interview and assessment centre will be held on 26th April.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the provision of high quality, safe patient care ensuring effective and efficient operational management and effective use of resources for the clinical services delivered at the CDC (Community Diagnostic centre).Reporting to the Service Line Manager the post holder will work closely with the clinical teams to manage day to day operational issues across a range of specialities and working with external parties to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. This will also include management of budgets, leading and delivering on agreed performance objectives, business planning, strategy, and continuous improvement of patient care pathways.
The postholder will ensure there are appropriate governance arrangements in place across the Centre, to deliver high standards of patient care and minimise clinical risk. The post holder will be responsible for defining and shaping information requirements for the Centre.
