Job summary
This role will co-ordinate and manage the radiology support worker (RSW) aspects of the radiology services. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring an effective provision of RSW services to the clinical services in diagnostics. They will also line manage 2 RSW teams ensuring appropriate cover in all imaging modalities whilst also working clinically as part of their weekly rota. In addition, the post holder will assist in the management if CQC standards across diagnostics

- To ensure the department consistently functions at the CQC level of good but continues to strive for outstanding.

- Maintain high clinical standards within the team and ensure staff are compliant with all trust policies, and departmental working instructions and procedures.
- Be able to work clinically and flexibly within the department as a support worker to meet service requirements.
Assist in the management of CQC standards across diagnostics.

- Liaise with senior members of the team and business unit Matron regarding the above
