Job summary

Sutton CAMHS is seeking an exceptional Service Manager to co-lead, shape and sustain a high-performing, multidisciplinary community mental health team for children and young people residing in the borough of Sutton.

We are a friendly, experienced and collaborative MDT based in South-West London. Our clinicians are skilled in assessing and treating moderate to severe mental health difficulties, and we pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, formulation-driven, evidence-based care.

We offer evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT, EMDR, FT, OT, pharmacotherapy and multi-agency working. We have built excellent relationships with our partners and strongly believe working together across agencies results in the best care for our service users.

Main duties of the job

This is a pivotal leadership position within a highly functional and hard-working team. As Service Manager, you will provide operational, strategic and people leadership, ensuring that excellent clinical work is underpinned by robust systems, strong governance and sustainable performance.

You will work in close partnership with the clinical leads and senior clinicians to maintain quality, safety, productivity and staff wellbeing, while ensuring that the service meets Trust and commissioning expectations.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, values clinical excellence, understands the realities of a busy CAMHS service and wants to contribute proactively to service delivery.
