Job summary
The Performance and Information team provide a high-quality analytics service for clinicians and managers to support decision making. The team sits centrally in the Trust and looks after business intelligence, data analytics, information governance and ensures that data is dealt with legally, securely, efficiently and effectively to deliver best possible care.
The successful applicant will be part of a high performing team managing a comprehensive data warehouse containing integrated data from clinical, finance and workforce systems. The team has been recognised by NHSI as a national leader in developing high quality performance reports.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and collaborative individual, with a passion for using data and visualisations to influence and provide insights to help improve health outcomes of people experiencing mental health problems.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be working as part of a centralised Information team and be responsible for providing a data analytics and dashboard/visualisation development service to clinicians and managers to support decision making and evidence-based care. You will be responsible for the development of submission of statutory returns, whilst driving insights, change and evidence interventions.
Additionally, the postholder will be undertaking and explaining complex concepts and information people across the business and will be creating effective data visualisations to convey information and improve data literacy.
This role is offered on a permanent basis and will be based at our Tolworth Hospital site. You will be working in accordance with the Trust Agile working policy.
