Job summary
The Trust is looking to appoint to the key post of Trust Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance, supporting and advising the Chief Executive in their role as Accountable Officer.
The postholder will be an important and valued member of the Trust's senior team. The position will report into the Deputy Chief Executive, be jointly accountable to the Trust Chair and Chief Executive and also involves close liaison with both the Board and Council of Governors.
The postholder will be responsible for Trust wide corporate governance systems and processes, and will take responsibility for the development of a continuous cycle of improvement in good governance.
