Job summary
The Trust wishes to appoint an ambitious and motivated individual to join the operational management team in Sexual Health Services.
Reporting to the Deputy Operational Lead, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring effective administrative and pathway management across acute and community clinical sites. This includes providing comprehensive operational support, leading core administrative functions, and undertaking line management responsibilities for administrative teams within the service. They will contribute to planning, service development and the delivery of high-quality operational standards.

Main duties of the job
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Sexual Health Services administrative teams to ensure efficient administrative operations across the services.
- Act as the dedicated Service Coordinator for the HIV service, managing all administrative functions and supporting smooth service delivery.
- Develop and coordinate designated administrative functions for the service, supporting the service needs and identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, overseeing accurate recording and reporting of service activity.
- Support delivery of patient experience initiatives and contribute to meeting service performance targets.
- Lead on service development and improvement projects to optimise resources and strengthen service delivery.
- Manage community sites to ensure effective utilisation and compliance with required standards.
- Work with Senior Leads to support strategic developments across the service.
- Work with the Deputy Operational Lead to support and implement service development projects ensuring strategic goals are met.
- Deputise for the Deputy Operational Lead where necessary
